Arnaud Lambert

CEO - LuxProvide

Arnaud Lambert has throughout his career been at the intersection of IT and business, leveraging his management education and his affinity for IT.  After earning a master’s degree in management from the Louvain School of Management in Belgium, he started his career in 1994 at Procter&Gamble, first in marketing in Belgium and later at the European Headquarter managing logistic systems for EMEA.

In 1998, Arnaud moved to Luxembourg to join Cargolux where he held several management positions within the IT division, His mission was to harness IT to support the company’s business strategy. By 2004, he was part of the core team founding CHAMP Cargosystems, a spin-off from Cargolux’IT, where he took on multiple responsibilities including customer service management, development, and IT operations.

In 2015, Arnaud became the CEO of CHAMP (www.champ.aero) leading the company to become a top provider of SaaS software solutions for the Air Cargo Industry, overseeing 500 colleagues across 7 offices worldwide. In October 2020, Arnaud joined the Board of LuxProvide www.luxprovide.lu), the national supercomputer of Luxembourg as Independent Director, bringing his extensive go-to-market experience.

In January 2021, Arnaud joined Luxinnovation, the Luxembourg national innovation agency, as Director of the Digital Innovation Hub (www.dih.lu) aiming to accelerate the digital transformation of the industry. His role expanded in 2022, to oversee the entire Digital Transformation Department, including  the National Competency in High Performance Computing (www.supercomputing.lu) and Gaia-x (www.gaia-x.lu).

In October 2023, Arnaud was asked to lead LuxProvide as CEO to bring the company to the next level of impact for the business, the research and the public sectors.
